Therapist Bio- Erika Mangilit, RMT

Erika has been working as a Rehabilitation Aid for over a decade at a very busy private Physiotherapy clinic in the River Heights area in Winnipeg. After hearing a lot about patients complaints and concerns over the years, she decided to further her studies and become a licensed massage therapist to help with their musculoskeletal concerns.

Erika is fascinated with the human body and how each of us are uniquely made, and have different areas of concern, depending on lifestyle, habits, and activities. She focuses on deep tissue therapeutic massage therapy to address pain, movement limitations, and overall wellness.

Kristen graduated from Wellington College in 2019. Kristen has always had a love for anatomy and physiology. She strives to help others reach their health related goals and to optimize their overall health and well-being. Kristen enjoys helping people of all ages and uses a thorough assessment to help create an individualized treatment plan.

Kristen specializes in cupping, prenatal, relaxation and therapeutic massage. Direct billing is available to most insurance companies. Appointments can be booked online or via calling or texting.
